The Advisor
Founder, Aligned Leader Global
Barbie Moreno brings something unusual to leadership advisory work: she has led under real pressure, navigated business disruption, rebuilt from the inside out, and done the full-spectrum work most leadership frameworks never touch: somatic, psychological, strategic, and spiritual.
Her background includes over two decades in high-stakes financial services, founding and running her own mortgage company at 24, surviving 2008, rebuilding inside Bank of America, and spending eleven years as a top producer inside Wells Fargo's Private Bank managing over $100M in annual production for ultra-high-net-worth clients.
After a full-system reset in 2019 that followed years of unaddressed strain in a high-performance environment, Barbie went into the full work: clinical treatment, somatic therapy, mindfulness training, and formal certification as a Certified Natural Health Practitioner. She did not shortcut it.
What emerged is a methodology that integrates measurable resilience profiling, Human Design, and her own leadership architecture system, helping leaders understand how they lead, why patterns form, under what conditions they activate, and at what cost.
She works with a small number of clients at a time. Every engagement is selective, precise, and applied.
