3. Alignment Conversation

If appropriate, you may be invited to a paid Alignment Conversation. This is an evaluative conversation to determine whether working together makes sense.

Not all inquiries proceed through every stage.

The Alignment Conversation is a paid evaluative conversation.

It is not coaching, advising, or problem-solving.

Its purpose is to assess:

• Readiness

• Scope and complexity

• Capacity for partnership

If we decide to work together, the fee is applied toward the first engagement.
